„We had a wonderful time during our stay here. Everything was comfortable and clean. Our only complaint was the very rude next door neighbor leaving nasty notes on one of the vehicles. Due to the snow it was hard to tell where to park at and one vehicle was a little too far over on the first night of the trip. Aside from the unpleasant Karen, the condo was cozy and perfect for our little group of 4. It was close to everything downtown, and had everything we needed. “

„Wonderfully located, spacious place in the heart of Cloudcroft. Very well appointed, clean and quiet. My family throughly enjoyed our visit and will definitely stay here again. We loved being able to walk to everything in town. My only suggestion would be to add an ironing board and iron in the unit.“

„Brand new home, great beds, open concept, huge windows with a view, great appliances if youre going to cook, close to town but secluded. We've always had one issue with Ruidoso as a mountain town - the lack of water. This place is unique in that you get a mountain and lake view. The owner was very responsive - we had an outside light blinking and he responded to my text in 5 minutes and had the light fixed pronto. „This was my second stay at this property. It had snowed a bit that morning, and someone had already cleaned off the entry for us. The condo is very clean, and they provided plenty of towels and even a couple of washing machine pods. Everything is in good working order. Convenient location. Great layout -- so nice to have two full bathrooms. Reasonable price. Loved sitting on the back deck to have coffee and watching the wild horses, deer and elk wander by. So quiet and peaceful! “

„Leaving this 2 star review is hard for me. Thursday-Saturday the downstairs beer & wine bar turns into a club. Thursday is Karaoke that goes until about 11:30pm. Friday & Saturday is club music that goes until about 1am. You can absolutely 100% hear the music in the bedrooms… the bass is bumpin’. „Spacious apartment with all that you need for dining in. Comfortable beds, plenty of blankets, towels, and hot water. Toilet is low pressure. May need to upgrade. Nicely decorated, very homey! Would stay again! Might be nice to upgrade to include a stove with range hood to diffuse cooking odors. Overall we loved our stay!! Walking distance to town and a hop skip to the Cloudcroft ski area and hiking trails!“
