„Vom allgemeinen Zustand nicht sonderlich sauber. Betten, Bettwäsche, Couch mit Flecken. Frühstück nicht groß, kaum Auswahl. Roomservice mangelhaft. Aber sie sind gerade im Umbau bzw. am modernisieren. Rezeption und Personal sehr freundlich und bei Problemen wurde schnell eine Lösung gefunden. “

„Das Granduca ist ein Hotel der Spitzenklasse. Es bietet alles, was man sich wünscht. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit und dabei nicht aufdringlich. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und schön ausgestattet.“

„Me and my went to have some alone time at the bar and pool which neither was available per the manager they have informed you guys of the amenities not being available for what i oaid i could have went somewhere where i get it all. Parking only had valet there wasnt any other option due to them closing in two weeks smh “

„Vom Hotel aus kommt man schnell auf die Main Street. Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung nur einen Kühlschrank gibt es leider nicht. Unser Safe funktionierte anfangs nicht wurde aber sofort behoben. Service war super. Morgens gab es kostenlos Bagels, Kaffee und andere Kleinigkeiten. Kaffee und duschzeug wurde nicht immer von Housekeeping aufgefüllt aber sonst top.“
