„Clean and very helpful staff“

„This is about check-in staff - for constructive criticism. We stood at front desk & staff was on phone assisting someone & was unable to find what the person was looking for. Never made eye contact with us or gesture she would be a moment. They told person on phone let me connect you to our 1-800 and instead of doing that kept talking again, not acknowledging us. We waited about 10-15 minutes which wasn't a problem, it would have been nice to put call on hold or say to us she would be a minute. ...

„I went to stay at this hotel to go to a concert at the casino, online it said it was a little over a mile from the casino but after I arrived it was over four miles away, not a huge deal but I was a little disappointed. Pulling up to the hotel room it looked older and a little rough but the room was very nice, clean and comfortable, staff was friendly. I would stay there again.“
