„This is seriously one of the best places I have ever visited. The staff were absolutely incredible -- they helped plan out my itinerary, arranged all the tickets, provided transportation. They didn't get into any games if up selling stuff. Everything was just honest support. The rooms and views were spectacular. Super clean. I rarely give reviews but the staff here are deserving of recognition. Absolutely one of the best places I've stayed.“

„Kleiner Mangel waren teilweise fehlendes Fugenmaterial der Fliesenböden. Zwar keine praktische Auswirkung aber optisch unschön. Ansonsten wären Zimmer, Austattung, Hotelanlage und die Umgebung ein Traum. Der Service war super und auch mit der englischen Sprache kam man gut klar. Entgegen anderer Kommentare kann ich die Funktion der Raumklimatisierung als völlig ok beschreiben. Vielleicht wurde die Technik zwischenzeitlich verbessert - jedenfalls war es kein Problem frische 22 Grad einzustellen. ...

The abundant breakfast, all self-prepared by the kitchen crew, is local with the elements of fruits and salads, toast and egg and allows an unabridged discovery of Chinese breakfast culture. What makes service so outstanding: Evennif you are way too late for breakfast time, nobody sends you away. On the contrary, you shall be served by what still is available with a welcoming smile and comment. You may even enjoy a pleasent conversation. The similar applies to the swimming pool, even if its just 10 minutes and the crew is about to clean and close, you will be welcomed to draw some rounds. Or formally by sevice principles: Check-Out by 14h, 2h PM."
