„Everyone working at the property was very welcoming and eager to answer questions and give suggestions. Property was beautiful and well-appointed. I didnt like being put next to the pool (Im a single) because children were literally screaming and yelling at the top of their lungs all day and into the evening. Parents did nothing. That was the only downside of my stay. Everything else was top-notch. Loved covered and secure parking and shuttle services too.“

„Anreise und einchecken unkompliziert. Buchungsbestätigung von Expedia beinhaltet alle erforderlichen Informationen. Studio relativ klein (etwa 40qm) und im Gegensatz zur Expedia Beschreibung war die "Küche nicht voll ausgestattet". Es fehlte ein Einschub für den Ofen, der zudem mzusammen mit einer Mikrowelle in einem Kombi-Gerät untergebracht war. Herd war ein zwei Platten-Herd mit einfachen Heizspiralen. Der Gas-Kamin konnte erst em zweiten Abend von einem Techniker in Betrieb genommen werden, ...

„Unfreundlicher Check-Inn!!!! Nachdem wir morgens unser Gepäck in der Lodge abgegeben hatten, kamen wir um 14.50 Uhr vollkommen durchnässt und frierend (nach Radfahrtour zum Vail-Pass mit Gewitterschauern und Absinken der Temperatur nahe 0 Grad!) im Hotel an, wo uns nur mitgeteilt wurde, dass Check-Inn Time um 16 Uhr sei, wir mussten uns in einem Meeting- Room umziehen! Niemand außer uns checkte ein und ich glaube nicht, dass das Zimmer um 15 Uhr noch nicht fertig war!!! Von so einem Hotel ...
