„The cottage is lovely. I was a little surprised/disappointed by the close proximity of other houses as the pictures make it look quite rural. A good sized cottage with a beautiful garden leading out onto a recreation ground which was ideal for the children and walking the dogs. The cottage was well equipped and spacious with modern amenities including a lovely coffee machine and range cooker. Unfortunately there were somethings that we felt could be improved on. „We stayed at Happy House in Roedean for a few days in mid-November. It was a terrific experience. The house is beautifully placed, about a mile and half away from Brighton Town centre. This gives the home a sense of apart-ness whilst being in easy reach of the town. The house is tastefully decorated and features everything that one would need for an excellent stay, including parking. It also benefits from unspoilt views of the sea.“

„Wow! what a fabulous modern and contemporary home overlooking Hamble Marina, with the village shops just a 5 minute walk away. We stayed here with friends celebrating my 60th birthday and it was such an easy and relaxed place to socialise with a fantastic kitchen, living room and large jacuzzi. All bedrooms are very comfortable, light and roomy, each with their own en suite which was great. Would definitely recommend getting a private chef in which we did one evening, that was a real treat. ...
