„Beim Zimmer, das eine Verbindungstür zum Nebenzimmer hatte, war der Spalt am Boden sehr breit, so dass man alle Geräusche aus dem Nebenzimmer ungehindert hören konnte. Das Personal sofort ein paar Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt, um das Problem provisorisch zu lösen.“
