„Would not stay here again. I had to call Hotel.com and have them call the property manager for the code to the door since we never received it. There are 4 units and barely enough room to par two SMALL cars. I called property about an unknown car that was parked in front and we were told to find somewhere else to park on the same street. „Everything clean“

„I loved this resort I was so sad to leave the staff in Henrietta’s made us feel so welcome - I would give 5 stars but we did have an issue around the pool - one day the adult pool was closed due to a ticketed party - if we had noticed we would have changed our plans and gone out for the day - the other day we had an issue where staff advised we had to take the umbrella down due to the wind - which was fine however the sun was so strong - my husband has a heart condition so needs to be in shade ...

„Second time here. I booked this to spend a day at the pool & lazy river with my nieces, ages 5, 11, & 15. I also reserved a cabana. We had the best time. Excellent service. Beautiful grounds. Five stars! “
