„Booked this room online, couldn't even stay in the room. Went to a different hotel. When I went to look over the room after checking in: the room was dirty, the air conditioner didn't work and there was a funny smell through the whole hotel. Was told they'd clean the room and get the air conditioner working before I got back a couple of hours later. Went and found another place to stay, when I came back to return keys and cancel my stay, they still hadn't cleaned the room and the air ...

„TV did not work complained several times to front desk never got it fixed nor did they offer to switch me to a different room. Had only been checked in an hour when asked to be refunded and was told they couldn’t because it had been 2 hours when I know for a fact it had barely been an hour. Was late checking in and room was cancelled for a no show even though money had been taken and did not give me a refund after been charged for 2 nights“
