„Get rid of lockbox and use phone entry system as described in instructions first. Provide heat! No extra blankets to be found. Had to call for space heaters as no thermostat for heat. Heaters had remotes with no batteries. Provide fire alarm. Kitchen sliding doors kept coming out of tracks.Non-working drive way lights. Shower head spray all over. Air conditioner housing by entry door rusted thru and not up to standards. Unit itself was satisfactory.“

„Good location for my one night stay NYE for a show at Terra Fermata. Only negatives are a few small cleaning issues. Place smelled of cigarettes, random food items in fridge, and hot tub had lots of sand in it visible by just opening the lid. The shower also has a rain head mounted on the wall so the water just trickles down the face of the shower head and the bath towels are closer to shop rags. “

Very clean and there was plenty of towels, soaps and coffee. We absolutely loved the swing-set in the back yard as well! “
