There was a mess because of the offer of one of the most famous sites however hosts welcomed me at the lowest ever price.

„Visited for one night. Arrived early which was no problem and we got to hang by the pool. Clean facility and close to the beach, just a 2 minute walk. A bit further from the main restaurant area, maybe 25 minute walk. Probably more restaurants open during high-season by the beach. Nice staff and good service even though we were in the end of the season. Good drinks and good price on food. We were allowed to stay at the pool even after check-out which was terrific!“

The staff were friendly. Breakfast is not included, but they had pastries and coffee for sale in the lobby. "When I arrived at the hotel I was asked for the tax but not the price according to the booking, but much more. When I asked why they told me that I get no key if I don't pay. So I had to pay as HOTELS.COM has no hotline I could not do anything. The next day I asked for a recipe, but I was told that I get it via mail. Until now one week later nothing arrived.
We booked a very expensive hotel as the pictures looked quite nice. But as the hotel was quite empty they did not have a breakfast buffet but just a plate with a little ham, hard egg and some cheese. The coffee had the color of tea, which for such a price is really not enough.
I don't recommend a hotel that is not willing to give recipes and has just such a low quality but asks for a price of high class hotels.
Further I think that HOTELS.COM should offer a way to get support in such cases and I start to think if this platform is still the right for me."

"Leider ist die Unterkunft nicht sehr gut gepflegt. Das Haus ist ziemlich alt und das Mobiliar dementsprechend auch sehr alt. Wir mussten zunächst die Unterkunft sauber machen, damit man da wohnen kann.
Unten gibt es keine Klima Anlage, das Haus heizt sich also auf.
Ein alter Schrank war bei unserer Ankunft defekt. Beim öffnen viel die Türe aus den Scharnieren direkt neben uns. Zum Glück wurde niemand verletzt. Das Highlight ist, dass wir den Schrank und einen Boden als defekt reklamiert bekommen haben und uns wurden nochmal 200€ berechnet. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin zu diesem Thema war sehr schlecht. Zunächst wollte sie uns den defekt reklamieren. Danach ging das anscheinend nicht und uns wurden die 200€ per Überweisung versprochen. Auch das ist nicht geschehen. Auf Nachrichten reagiert die Vermieterin auch nicht mehr. Achtung: alte kaputte Möbel werden als defekt reklamiert und man soll eine Strafe zahlen.
Leider war das ein schlechtes Erlebnis. "
