„Returning to Upper Vobster Farm is always a great joy, with its many blooming roses and its variety of flowers, flowering bushes and shrubs, lush trees and greenery along the many walking paths. The energy felt there is very settling and vibrant. LM“

„Lovely friendly place to stay“

„This is an amazing property………Classic somerset cottage equipped with all modern conveniences. Super quiet (well a few tractors collecting the harvest!). We all slept very well. It takes 30 mins to walk into Ilminster along a country trail past Dillington Hall for those that like a good walk. About 8 mins by car. „Little Bank is a gem of a place! Beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, ideal for a family celebration and great location. Thoroughly recommend a stay here and thank you Ewen and Esther for all the helpful information and tasty welcome pack.“

„Very quiet and quite private, especially as the owners were away. However their lovely friendly cat kept us company. Very good local small supermarket and petrol station within walking distance, also an excellent community cafe (the Market Kitchen). Comfortable bed, and even though the weather was v. hot it was quite cool in the cottage. Plenty of space for two, might have been a bit cramped for a family.“

„We had a lovely week stay here! The house was well deorated and very clean with friendly & helpful owners. Perfect location for exploring both coasts. Thanks Sue, we'll definitely come again x“

„Spent the weekend here with friends for my birthday. Really lovely place, large and spacious...looks better than it did in the pictures. We loved the large kitchen and conservatory. It had all the amenities one would need. The property managers were very responsive via email and text. Our only let down was that the hot tub had broken down.“

„Clean and immaculate property“
