We do have coffee makers upon request. As well, if you let front desk know that you would prefer a different pillow we can always offer you a few different options or choices. Also if upon entering your room, you find any thing wrong with your room, we do ask all guests to notify front desk immediately. So we may rectify the situation. We are very happy to hear you like your stay at the motel! Thank you for choosing to stay at the Travellers Motel! As well please be aware we do have camera's for this reason. As we have never had an issue with any guest cars being broken into ever. As there is 6 cameras alone in our parking lot. Sadly thought this is an issue where ever you go, regardless of your vehicle being locked or not. If they want in they will get in.

All our doors have two locks one dead bolt, as well as the door knobs, also locks. As well Some of our doors do have chain locks! If you prefer having the third lock for added piece of mind.Please feel free ask. for a room with the third lock. And we will gladly comply! We want all our guest to feel safe first and for most! If a darker room is your preference please feel free to request this as well! Next time you visit us please take note that all our shower head have multiple pressure choices, simply by turning the head in one direction or another! We are very glad you enjoyed your stay other then a few minor fixable preferences. I am sorry but after reviewing the security cameras several times, we are unable to confirm your accusations! If you had of spoken with us we would have been able to deal with such an incident accordingly! However at this time we can find anything of the such in our parking lot on the night in question! Please next time, if you ever feel unsafe for any reason, please come speak with us immediately. So this can be addressed! We have been doing some renovations inside and out. However it takes time as we cant be making all the noise when guests are present, and trying to rest. There fore we have to do it when we can. We appreciate everyone's patience during these times! We do have an all night gas stationopen in town on Erie st for yoru furture references. Yes we do have guest who are staying longer then the average guest as we have many contracting company's, that are working here in town and are away from their homes. And they need places to stay while working on which ever project their company has assigned then. We rest assure you all our guest are safe, as we do everything we can to ensure guest safety! Please come see us if you ever have concerns for your saftey or any of your visitors!

Unfortunatly the motel is unable to stop local outages with the internet or towers being down. But we do offer unlimited internet as well have cable television in all our rooms. Please next time call to the front desk in order to get help with how to operate the tv in the room your in.Glad to hear you enjoyed your stay otherwise.
