Hello Alan, Thank you for taking the time to answer our Satisfaction Questionnaire following your stay at the Aloft Strasbourg Etoile. Once again I am sorry to hear that the room you were given was not to your liking. However, all our rooms are exactly the same, only the layout may change slightly depending on the location in the hotel. Also, as I told you during your stay, there was still availability but I had no rooms with a better view available, so a change of room would not have been consistent or satisfactory for you. The building having only 4 angles, all our rooms cannot necessarily have a double exposition. I nevertheless retain your positive remarks concerning our location and the decoration. I would like to assure you that all of your answer is taken into account and is shared with the hotel management. I wish you a wonderful day and remain at your disposal for any further information and/or questions.

Comme nous vous l'avons expliqué, votre facture est disponible sur le site en question et nous ne saurions être tenus pour responsables - je vous invite à contacter ledit site pour obtenir une facture et être remboursée de vos frais.L'Aloft Strasbourg a ouvert en août 2020 et fêtera ses 3 ans prochainement, il est donc bien loin d'être vieillissant. Nous sommes situés à une 15aine de minutes à pied de la Cathédrale de Strasbourg. Si vous cherchiez un hôtel dans la Grande Île de Strasbourg, je comprends que notre localisation ne vous ait pas convenu. Je ne peux que vous suggérer de préciser vos souhaits exacts, notamment en termes de localisation, de service, etc, afin que réserver un hôtel qui corresponde pleinement à vos attentes.
