„We had a wonderful stay in Ocean Beach! The paid parking spot was easy to find and nice to have so we didn’t have to worry about finding street parking. Check-in was super easy with the code access gate/door. Our unit was super clean and had the perfect amount of room for 2 people. You really can’t get any better for price per night and proximity to the Main Street of shops and beach. “

„We enjoyed our stay at this property! Clean, simple, close walk to lots of coffeeshops and food that we enjoyed. It had everything we needed for a small weekend getaway. If you are looking to cook, the kitchen is a little limited and there is no coffee grinder as is listed. This didn’t impact our stay too much, we still had a wonderful time “

„The walk to the beach everyday was awesome! We didn't have to worry about driving or parking, it was all in a walkable distance. There are plenty of choices for eating, relaxing, and entertainment. Of all the places we ate, our favorite was the Duck Dive. They had the best Black & Bleu Steak Salad and Steak and Lobster Tail!! I highly recommend eating here.“

„Very conscientious owners. Very clean. Exactly what we expected. Comfy beds.Know that the parking is tight and not easy when the downstairs neighbor is home. Need to know how to back up down a long driveway.Stairs to the unit are EXTRA steep (long rise and run). Owner warned us of this before our stay though, and we appreciated that.We did not receive instructions with the code to enter before our arrival (oops)!, so there was a little mix up there, but owner answered our call quickly and ...

„This was my first fun trip to my hometown of San Diego in 7 years. Seeing old friends and even seeing newly discovered family ties amidst this gorgeous setting in Point Loma was perfect. I think everything in the guest house is done thoughtfully and in a well appointed space.“

„Absolutely quant and private! The studio was well thought out and tastefully designed and decorated. Nestled into the heart of this lovely beach town and just minutes to the beach. Restaurants and shops were nearby that gave it the best feeling. I enjoyed my stay and the host was awesome about helping me with my questions. I will be back! “

„This place was a great location! It was a 12min walk to the beach, lots of great restaurants! Parking spot is for a compact vehicle, but plenty street parking which was totally safe. It was a lower level 2bdrm property which was very quiet and would definitely stay here again! “

„Wir waren sehr zufrieden, der Empfang mit den Magaritas war toll, obwohl Alisa selbst in Urlaub war. Fahrräder und Strandstühle sind vorhanden; tatsächlich sind es nur 5 Minuten bis zum Strand. Das Badezimmer ist der Hit!! Alles zum täglichen Bedarf ist um die Ecke erreichbar. Einziger Minuspunkt ist der Nachbar, der von 3 pm bis 10 pm lautstark Musik hört oder TV sieht. Gott sei Dank nur auf der netten Terrasse zu hören. “

"Doch schon etwas älter . Relativ kleine Zimmer. Sehr spährliches Frühstück, weil des Personal kaum mit den Nachlegen hinterher kann ,weil viel asiatische Gaste das mit den Frühstück vor Ort nicht verstanden haben. Es ist schon erschreckend wie viel Gäste tellerweise scheinbar sich Essen ungeniert für den ganz Tag mit genommen haben."
