âKommunikation mit dem Vermieter der Ferienwohnung hat bestens geklappt. Die Klima ist zwei mal ausgefallen, das Problem wurde aber sofort behoben. Sonst gab es alles was man braucht. Der Pool könnte öfters gereinigt werden aber das war nur eine Kleinigkeit. Insgesamt war alles gut. â

âInitial thought was a bit worrisome bc the hotel was on the edge of the lake. Worried I couldnât find parking, no sidewalks, worried we could not get to town. However, staff was so kind and gave us maps, directions, and step by step directions on how to navigate around town. Actually quite easy! Love the view of the lake from our balcony, breakfast was amazing, room so clean and everything felt so safe.

âDaniel was just amazing and the property has been very thoughtfully managed. Pool is immaculate. Location is just excellent and central to Bellagio. Only point of feedback would be the mattress in the bed being a little more comfortable. We will be back!â

We chose to eat in the restaurant one night due to it's vista, the food was great but the service was average (slow & mixed up the orders) which was a surprise. â

Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, im Poolbereich allerdings nur, wenn man ins Hotel ging und etwas bestellte. Sonst leider dort kein aufmerksamer Service. Der Poolbereich mit Liegen ist klein aber fein, leider zum öffentlichen Lokal nicht durch Sichtschutz abgegrenzt. FrĂŒhstĂŒck ist sehr ĂŒberschaubar und jeden Tag das selbe Angebot. Etwas Abwechslung und ein gröĂeres Angebot wĂ€re passend. TiefgaragenparkplĂ€tze sind groĂ und direkt gegenĂŒber. Mit 20 ⏠/ Tag allerdings auch recht teuer.

Die KĂŒche ist schön groĂ und bietet ausreichend Geschirr. Wenn man in einer groĂen Gruppe dort ist und kochen möchte, wĂ€ren jedoch gröĂere Töpfe und Pfannen wĂŒnschenswert. "

Es gibt nur eine negative Erfahrung. Es gibt nur lauwarmes Wasser. Selbst nach RĂŒcksprache mit dem Hotel sagte man uns dass das Standard in Italien ist. Das ist es definitiv nicht. Wir sind oft in Italien unterwegs. Wir hatten einen kĂŒhlen Abend und haben uns auf eine warme Dusche gefreut gehabt."

Sehr veraltetes Interieur. Warum der Kamin mit einer so hĂ€sslichen Platte geschlossen wurde erschlieĂt sich uns nicht. KĂŒche war gut ausgestattet.FĂčr unsere FahrrĂ€der haben wir ein Platz im AuĂenbereich, auf dem Plateau der Steintreppe, finden können.
