„Lovely property tucked away in a rhral location.Only issue was the single track access roads with passing places which we are not used to.The host Lucy and her partner were welcoming and had plenty of advice on the local area.The surrounding area was also lovely with plenty to see and do.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend without hesitation.“

„A lovely house and just the right size for us within a great part of Sutton and close to Sutton Park that I remembered from my childhood. There wasn't any communication apart from knowing the code to collect the key, the box of which was open and I was unable to lock it on departure. Took time to find the details of setting the heating and WIFI. Nothing on bins eg recycling which we gathered and put into one. Overall, a lovely warm home and we hope we took as much care of it as it was due. ...

„Great house, with everything you could need each bedroom has en suite. Kitchen is very well equipped, we had private chef to cook meal for us and although kitchen was small he managed a 3 course meal for 10 of us!Great little pub 5 mins walk away.Our only problem was no hot water and heating this morning, but someone came to sort for us.Would definitely recommend.“

„The property is a nice little cottage in a good location with multiple pubs and restaurants nearby. The main issue that let it down, was cleanliness. There was food debris in the cutlery drawer, and I had to wash the grill pan before I could use it. Bedding was clearly well used and had stains on the covers. Generally, the place could use a deep clean. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and it suited our needs.“

„Great property, exactly as listed. Very quiet area, and we all slept so well. Seeing the steam train travel across the bridge is a delight in itself. Communications with property manager also very good and fast response.“

„We had no hot water the whole time we were there. You cant get hold of the owner, they don't seem to care. Also there are no fans provided and the pod retains heat so it unbearable in the hot days. “

„Ten out of ten for an amazing stay! We were two couples with eight kids and we had an awesome time! Beautiful cottage, spacious and clean. The hot tub was amazing and the house is totally secluded from any other property which was a big plus for us adding to a real holiday feel! Thank you Jane for a beautiful time had by all!“
