It was raining overnight and we woke up because the roof was not waterproof and rain was dropping down, also into our luggage. We told it to the staff and they admitted that it was not the first time this happened. We were offered another place, but we preferred to leave earlier. Also because there was no WiFi access, contrary to the description of the property. Staff first tried to convince us that it is a general problem of the area, but this is not correct. After some discussions, staff admitted that one should simply install additional receivers on the property and that they told this several times to the management. We asked for a partial refund, but this was refused by staff. After all, this place should not be anymore within Expedia.
