„We were in town to visit the WWII museum in Fredericksburg and see the town. Sadly we only had one day this trip. The stay was wonderful and everything was as advertised. Comfortable beds, everything was clean and very nicely taken care of. You can tell it was an older house by the design but the upgrades and work on the home are great. „Really enjoyed our two night stay here. The historic Albert Dancehall is less than 5 miles away too. We did NYE there and it was a great fun night. Lots of deer in the area too. Host communication was great. “

„The host was very attentive and prompt to respond. The setting on the river is very nice and pleasant. We were disappointed that the hot tub would not heat up beyond 84 degrees during our stay. We chose this location and paid a little more to have this amenity on the river. It would be a great location and floor plan for a family to enjoy.“

„Great value for your money in comparison to other properties. Very convenient set up for families and friends who want privacy and separate spaces. Nicely decorated and comfortable. Great communication with the property manager - very responsive. Overall comfortable. We enjoyed it but we were a little uncomfortable with the beds (mattresses) and sofa beds. There can also be a little bit better maintenance of the outdoor areas so they can be more enjoyable. Otherwise, well maintained and cozy. “
