Das Hotel befindet sich in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße! Das Restaurant ist einmalig und wunderschön, man fühlt sich dort wie in einem Schloss! Die Serviceleute sind sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit! Das Hotel ist 800 Meter vom Königschloss und vom Hafen entfernt! Wir besuchen Stockholm wieder einmal! Vielen Dank!

Wunderschönes Hotel, welches eine interessante Geschichte birgt. Obwohl das Hotel ein stolzes Alter hat, sind die Zimmer modern eingerichtet und äußerst komfortabel. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, nehmen sich sofort Bitten an und sind sehr um den Gast bemüht. Das Frühstücksbüffet war reichlich bestückt und bot was für jeden an. Hier lohnt es sich wirklich nicht, morgens nach Frühstückslokalen zu suchen. Auch einen Besuch im eigenen Restaurant Asiatika kann man sicherlich empfehlen. Ich bin das erste mal nach Stockholm gereist, werde aber bei zukünftigen Besuchen mir dieses Hotel sicherlich merken!

Liked simply everything. It's located in a beautiful historical building, the restaurant (breakfast room) and ballroom are amazingly beautiful. Breakfast was lovely, a big variety of food. The staff from housekeeping to reception was just so friendly and helpful. Loved it, will be back when in Stockholm.

Wir haben uns sehr auf diesen Aufenthalt im 4-Stern Hotel gefreut, dass wir ein nicht zu grosses Zimmer reserviert haben, war uns bewusst. Doch dass es so klein ist, hat uns dann noch erstaunt. Das Zimmer war lieblos und nicht im 4-Sterne Standard eingerichtet. Fernseher, Kaffeemaschine und ca. 5 Lampen gingen nicht. Das Frühstück hingegen ist sehr gut und der alte Saal ein richtiger Hingucker. Doch würden wir nicht nochmals dort hin gehen.

Sehr freundliche Rezeption, vor allem Laura hat sich sehr für Restaurantsreservierungen eingesetzt. Die Zimmermädchen waren an allen Tagen bis 17:00 noch immer nicht in unserem Zimmer, Handtücher wurden unzureichend nachbestückt. Das Frühstück ist sehr ansprechend, tolle gesunde Auswahl. Das dazugehörige Restaurant war im Service vermutlich aufgrund Personalmangel heillos überlastet, die vorhandenen Mitarbeiter aber stets freundlich un bemüht. Das Essen ist hervorragend! Late check out war ohne weiteres möglich

My partner and I stayed at the Berns Hotel for a long weekend in May and could not have been happier. The room was beautifully appointed, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the hotel breakfast was absolutely delicious, the hotel location was perfect, and most of all, the staff was incredibly gracious, kind, attentive, and helpful -- up there with the best service we've received at any hotel ever. I could not recommend a hotel more highly; we will absolutely stay there again when we return to Stockholm. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Excellent Property! Central to many attractions including boat tours, museums, the old town, shopping. Staff was amazing! The breakfast buffet was perfect and had many choices including vegan dishes. I would highly recommend staying at this property
