„The apartment is small and outdated as the photos show, but it met our needs. Quaint vintage furnishings add to the experience and the bed is also older so you may sleep more comfortably if you bring along a foam mattress topper. Enjoyed the neighborhood and convenient location just far enough off the beaten path. Also close to one of our favorite places to eat in the area - "The Galley Bar and Grill".“

„Apt. is neat and clean actually spacious for a couple could easily add a third person if they we're ok sleeping on couch. we were there for the Travers Stakes was perfect spot one mile drive to the track. Very short drive to restaurants and bars or probably a 20 minute walk if you so chose. Place was quiet easy parking access. How ever parking in Saratoga is not easy access. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.“

„Had a hard time with 10 digit door lock but property manager helped immediately. Lock was temperamental our whole time there. Kitchen, bathroom and laundry were more then fully equipped. Once parked in back had to do a 3 point turn to drive out. There is a nice walking trail at back of yard, lots of birds. Over all I do believe I would stay again.“

The check-in and entry/exit of the property was very clear and easy. James, the property manager, was incredibly accommodating and available to answer any of our questions or concerns. „Liked that it is in the area I was visiting. Didn't like: Futon is unsittable, no easy chairs in living room. Only 2 small metal chairs in living room. No chairs in bedroom. Totally uncomfortable stay. We used bag chairs to sit in to watch tv. Every day smelled pot odor which came through heating ducts. No temperature control in apartment.“

„We enjoyed 3 days of recreation and relaxation by the lake. We took the kayaks out multiple times. It takes about 60-90 minutes to slowly paddle around the lake. There's a beaver's dam to visit, loads of lily pads/flowers, fish, turtles, and ducks. Less than 5 minutes away is a small park with a nice swimming area and hiking trails -- $2 admission per car.
