We had a great time enjoying the outside deck while the kids explored the canals in the kayaks.The kitchen met all our needs from coffee time to late night snacking.The house is beautiful and was a relaxing escape from the big city rush. „We enjoyed our stay more than we could’ve anticipated! The home was lovely. Kids had a blast in the pool, in the game room, and watching movies in the theater. Even the neighbors were great. Kids fished their hearts out. We kayaked and realized we need our own for bayou living! My only suggestions are that the kitchen needs more pots, pans, and basic measuring tools and the bathrooms could use more towels and wash cloths. “

„Our group was warmly greeted with lights on and music when we checked in. The house has an open floor plan that is perfect for gathering with friends or family. We spent many hours enjoying the large covered patio on the back of the house. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are stocked with towels, and the home is tastefully appointed. Our group is planning a return visit. The owners, Kevin and Teri, were lovely to work with!“

„The rustic Hillside cabin is located a few miles off the beaten path, yet close enough to Glen Rose to easily drive to nearby attractions. Upon arrival, the cabin was clean and had everything we needed. The hosts were kind and easy to communicate with. The setting is serene and peaceful. One thing to be aware of is that the cabin is a bit small - it is not spacious on the inside but there is plenty of room to explore outside. We had a lovely time.“
