Lots of steps, very small rooms, load music the whole night, sun beds at the pool all reserved, big sun beds at the pool 60€ per day, no area for kids (playground, grass or similar). And last but not least this part of Ulcinj is not very nice (dirty beach, weird smell, a lot of garbage, party, lots of tourism). We left two days earlier.

„Clean room with a beautiful view. Friendly helpful staff and quiet atmosphere. Fall season is lovely weather and olive trees are beautiful. Beautiful stone facade and great food and wine.“

„clean room , staff. . view . everything is top❤️“

„Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this property. On arrival there was no one on location to receive us. There was no signage, and we had to rely on the profile pictures to know we were at the correct location. The building was shuttered close. Trying the door, it was locked and no one answered the bell. We tried calling the contact number but received only a voice message. After an hour of waiting, we needed to make arrangements at another property. We contacted Hotels.com to inquire about a ...
