Pluses - the host has been very quick and communicative, good location to my workplace in downtown and restaurants, river view, large space compared to a hotel room, laundry inside unit. Minor quibbles - there isn't a table that you can sit down and have a meal (not all the pictures on the listing are in unit, some are the amenities in the building, but you'll go to different floors), and neighbors can be noisy at ...
