Only minutes from the paved two-way walking and biking trail that parallels the scenic Gulf Shore Parkway, and close to many popular attractions.

Situated on the edge of the National Park, Parkside Cottages & Suites offers a quiet, clean, and safe setting. Perfect for summer vacations or peaceful retreats.

We have six cottages and three suites, along with a laundry room and an office/owner’s cottage, all situated on a two-acre property surrounded by pine trees.

Deluxe 3BR Cottage #1 offers three comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, an extra-large front deck, and a private screened-in room.

The main bedroom features a king-size bed and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with a ceiling fan, while the third bedroom includes a queen bed, a twin bed, and a tower fan.

The living room features cozy sofas, a large 65-inch smart TV, and a new heat-pump air conditioner for your comfort.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with a new electric stove/oven, a new full-size refrigerator, a microwave, a dishwasher, a Keurig coffee maker, a toaster, and an electric kettle, along with cooking utensils, ample tableware, and a dining table with benches.

One bathroom features a shower and a bathtub, while the other features a shower. Both bathrooms are fully equipped with towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and soap, and one also includes a hair dryer for your convenience.

Step outside to the sunny, extra-large front deck, complete with a barbecue, an umbrella, and comfortable outdoor furniture.

A private screened-in room is a standout feature of the cottage, perfect for relaxing or dining in the fresh air—mosquito-free.
