Nice and cold AC and a window unit in one bedroom allows you to keep one room cooler if you want.Owner was super responsive and proactive (there was a lot of utility work being done, so she forwarded messages about when the internet would be down - seems like they finished it all now).Easy parking in driveway and street. The street has lots of street lights and a big construction going on next door for some nice condos and we felt safe here, but ...
