The upper level offers two oceanside bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a king bed that can be converted into two twins upon request. Each bedroom has a semi private balcony and seating area. These two bedrooms share a bath.

Also, on this level are two bayside bedrooms each with their own en-suite and semi private balconies with seating. One bedroom offers a queen bed and the other a king. For your convenience, a coffee bar with ceramic mugs, to-go cups and a mini fridge are centrally located on this level.

The pool patio is open and airy yet surrounded by tropical landscaping for plenty of privacy. There are many cozy seating areas including, cushioned couches and swivel chairs, veranda with roll down shades, two rattan hanging chairs, teak dining table with movable umbrella, a four person high top table, grilling space, outdoor shower and a rare area of soft grass where a game of corn hole can be played. Iguana's are frequently seen basking in the tree tops as you look out to the bay. Lime, orange, mango and fig banana trees are also unique to this property.
