Next time we will go elsewhere.
We checked in and the person behind the counter said she didn't know where the room was located. We had a room number and that's it. We had no idea, where to go. At least if she told us the name of the building it would have helped. Later after we found our room, my husband went back and told the person who checked us in, that she should at least know what building the rooms are located.

Rooms were beautiful. Pool is very nice. Kids had a great time. ample parking (recommend a car). Just wish there was more food options on site.

A beautiful resort. Everything was pristine. The checkin and checkout process was quick and easy. Our suite was beautiful, tastefully decorated and clean. Plenty of amenities and activities.

Good: The property was beautiful. The pool and beach were really nice. The room was absolutely perfect. Not so good: A pivotal elevator was broken the whole time forcing us to walk to outlying buildings unless we wanted to climb 5 flights of stairs. It was fixed the last day we were there. The food at the restaurant was meh. Not bad but not impressive either.

It’s a beautiful resort but the service was terrible. The staff was rude, they all had bad attitudes. Asking for directions on the property was just awful nobody knew where nothing was. The restaurant food was disgusting, the servers were even worst. Especially at explaining the menu. The manager was rude as well, she later apologized when confronted. They sneak at night and take pictures of your balcony. Enter you room when you’re out. Completely disgusting!

This place is EXCELLENT. I had a two bedroom Villa, they thought of everything - we felt like we were home. Its very clean, everyone is friendly, the food is delicious, the beach is perfect which is rare. Great pool, we can't say enough. We didn't want to leave.

The property had well-appointed suites with all the household items needed for a great vacation. View from the property was wonderful, as were the pool and beach. Cons include limited eating options and tedious accessibility to the pool, beach and restaurant from St. John building. Overall, nice place to stay that is clean and well-kept.

Perfect tropical vacation
We had an amazing experience at Marriott Frenchman’s cove. The villas were clean, spacious and granted us a perfect view of the beachfront and pool every single day. The pool was clean and had plenty of chairs for use on beach or poolside. We never had to fight for a chair. The service at the restaurant was a little on the slow side but understandable as it was the only available restaurant during our stay. The food was still delicious and the tropical rum drinks were on point! We will definitely return!

Two nights in St Thomas
Pool atmosphere was fun, probably not enough room if it were busier. Beach was small but nice and close to the pool. Getting back-and-forth from the pool area to our room required walking across the street and using multiple elevators. Our room layout did not separate the bathroom from the bedroom, this means if one person is sleeping and the other uses the bathroom area it’s not very convenient. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.
