„A wonderful hotel next to the river. Amazing staff and a fantastic breakfast. Highly recommend. Great location next to the river.“

„Nice older building. Despite the nicks, dings, old furnishings, and imperfections the hotel has a very nice atmosphere. Additionally, the staff are all exceptionally nice. I suggest visiting the bar if you enjoy a nice quiet conversation with a pint. There was a great selection of beers. I would highly recommend a visit to the Great Malvern Priory church. I'm not religious but the building is beautiful and packed with history. Unfortunately, there is some not so great items to note. The ...

„Lovely hotel.“

„Great place to stay for our journey home. Staff very friendly and helpful, ideal location just off the M5.“

Eben was den Charme ausmacht!

„We had a really good stay. Only a flying visit to meet friends. The apartment was great and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, with around a 10-minute walk into the main town, making it really convenient for exploring Worcester. We also parked in the pub car park next door, which was really handy, and enjoyed having a drink and some food there too. The car reg thing wasn’t working and we did check this with the pub staff. „Great location, central and with free parking! It was spacious, comfy and a fantastic shower!!!“

„The food was excellent“

„Really lovely staff, lovely room and great food. Only point to note is that the accomodation is above the pub, so if you go to bed early this may not be the place for you as some of the bar sounds can be heard until closing time.“

„Awful ! Derelict property in need of total revamp. No bar no restaurants no amenities to speak of! Grudgingly stayed one night cancelled the rest of my stay and moved elsewhere. Avoid!“

„Lovely old pub in beautiful location, excellent breakfast, with home made preserves. The dinner menu looked very exciting but sadly we were dining elsewhere. Staff most helpful, carrying luggage and providing information. There is an onsite brewery! The night was extremely hot, so difficult to sleep, but very comfortable bed and well equipped room. The bathroom could have done with refurbishment to the tiling and taps, but was acceptable. There is a large parking area, by the river garden.“

„Stayed in the 'Worcester suite' which is a nice large room, and although directly above the bar very quite (you only hear people when they go out on the street). Breakfast was typicaly minimalistic british - the buffet very simple, and the menu limited more or less to the english breakfast.“
