„Super spacious, more space than you think from images. Allot of wear and tear through out the house minor things, dents in wall scratches and pen marks. Only 1 tv, is a camera on property and in foyer area, no privacy. Owner advertises event are allowed but doesn’t disclose how much or that there is an event fee. Unlike others properties on here. Great communication, owner was polite. Offered 200$ event fee, went down $50 for minor inconvenience “
