The Space:

This penthouse features two spacious double bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. One bedroom also includes a rear balcony. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to prepare meals comfortably, and there’s an additional guest bathroom for extra convenience.



The open‑plan layout combines a generous living area and a dining space. The highlight is the stunning terrace — the ideal spot to unwind, enjoy a meal, or work remotely. We've furnished it with comfortable outdoor seating and a BBQ so you can truly make the most of this beautiful setting. You may find yourself not wanting to leave… and that’s completely normal.



Arrive easily by taxi, bus, or rental car (street parking is widely available). Take the lift up and walk into a bright, newly finished holiday home that instantly feels like your personal haven.



Guest Access:

You’ll receive a unique access code for the building’s entrance and a Smart Lock code for the penthouse itself.



The Neighborhood:

St Paul’s Bay and the surrounding areas are full of attractions, activities, and sights suited to visitors of all ages. Public transport is excellent — whether you’re heading to Valletta, wandering through charming villages, or catching a ferry from Cirkewwa to explore Gozo. If you’re renting a car, you can park right on the main road just outside the property.



Getting Around:

Exploring Malta is easy — rent a car, hop on a bus, grab a taxi, or even rent bikes for a more relaxed way to see the islands. Our Guest Experience Team is ready to help you arrange any transport or provide guidance whenever you need it.

Self‑Check‑In, Eco Tax & Guest Portal:

This is a self‑check‑in holiday home. Your unique access code will be available in your Guest Portal once the eco tax has been paid and your Self Check‑In Form completed. Codes activate at 3:00 PM, our official check‑in time. If you’d like to drop off luggage earlier, send us a quick message and we’ll confirm if it’s possible, depending on our cleaning schedule. This is a very popular holiday home and our housekeeping team needs 5–6 hours to prepare the property to a high standard, so your understanding is appreciated. Once your booking is confirmed, our Guest Experience Team will be in touch and you can choose your preferred way to communicate with us; our phone number is also available in the Guest Portal if you’d like to speak to someone directly.



Submitting your eco tax online:

Eco tax, in line with Malta’s Environmental Contribution regulations, must be paid securely via our online payment link before arrival. A secure payment link is sent to you upon booking confirmation. For a smooth arrival, we recommend submitting your payment on the day you book, so you can then complete your Self Check‑In Form and gain access to our Guest Portal to start planning your stay.
