„Overall services were good“

„Gutes Frühstück, viele parkmöglichkeiten in der nähe“

„A really unusual place to stay. Very friendly staff and a beautiful place to be. Wonderful view on the capitol.“

„Great location right next to the Arena, staff was pretty rude so made for a not so great start to our stay.“

„Well, my locked car was broken into inside the locked and 'secure' hotel parking garage. Laptop and other items stolen. Not cool. The parking garage is owned by another company, which has less than stellar customer service - it is impossible to get a call back from them. It appears the entrance to the parking garage also doubles as a public restroom for quite a few individuals. The hotel rooms were okay. The hot tub did not work. The pool was really nasty looking and very cold. Would not stay ...

„There were no problems but you do have to pay $40 for parking. Staff was helpful.“

„I was unsure if the hotel I booked it last minute for a concert. It was very reasonable so I went with an open mind a place to sleep. From the minute I walked in Chelsea greeted me with warm cookies and free water and early check in and room on the top floor! Truly outstanding experience! Loved the bar I could sit at and relax and close to concert! A great solo weekend away felt safe and comfortable!“

„Top Lage und Zustand vom Hotel. Total nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter beim Check-In und Check-Out. Absolut empfehlenswert!!!“

„Everything was fine except we could never get our room cooler than 72°.“

„Awesome place! Friendly staff, good walking area for activities! No complaints“

„Very nice and spacious room. Had a nice morning breakfast. The only downfall was pour water pressure in the shower on the fifth floor.“

„While the neighborhood is nice, I cannot recommend this place. As others have written before, they have a no-shoes policy in the house without providing slippers for guests. Though the Expedia listing mentions the same breakfast for all rooms, it only applies for the more expensive suites, not the standard rooms. There's no housekeeping - instead of B&B this might be listed as "make your own bed and cook your own breakfast". This might be fine if you book a hostel, but that's not what is ...

„Only one socket worked, the door to the restroom did not close. Staff was good, very helpful.“

„We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. The bedrooms were very comfortable, and we especially loved the fire pit area and access to the backyard. Just a little note for future guests: there are three apartments in the house, and the washer and dryer are located in a shared common area. The neighbourhood was definitely a highlight! Great restaurants nearby, a lovely atmosphere, and beautiful historic streets lined with incredible character ...

„Hotel war ok. Es gibt kein Frühstück.“

„Gut“

„Very well appointed space. We had everything we needed with great air conditioning during the extreme heat of July. Comfortable beds and linens, with ample space for the three of us. Good parking and quiet neighborhood close to attractions we were interested in enjoying. The host was attentive and made certain that we had everything we needed. Don't hesitate to book one of the three apartments.“
