„Das Hotel befindet sich etwas außerhalb von Faversham (ca. 5 min. mit dem Auto) und ist sehr modern und stylisch. Mit den beiden Restaurants und dem Golfplatz hebt es sich von vielen Alternative ab. Die Angestellten sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Indoorpool bietet auch bei schlechtem Wetter die Möglichkeit sich die Zeit zu vertreiben. Die Zimmer sind nicht sehr groß aber für 2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind ausreichend. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.“

„We only stayed for one night for a wedding but was greeted by a lovely lady who took me to our room. Grounds were being cut at the time and maintained lovely. Had to leave early the next morning so missed out on breakfast and didn’t get much time here but sept lovely. Very peaceful right by the big pond. Will come back again for a proper break and a book ! “

„We stayed here for just one night whilst we were visiting friends in Herne Bay and we will stay again! It was so convenient, there was parking around the back, and the hosts were lovely. We stayed in Room 3 which was massive! It had a little lounge area, a lovely bathroom and the bedroom area was big as well with plenty of room to get ready. There was also a fan in the room which was appreciated! Breakfast was lovely and the choice was really good. We can’t recommend this place enough. “

"Gut gelegen,16- 20 min bis zur Fähre ohne Stau. Zimmer sauber. Bei uns war es ruhig, aber es gibt ab und zu Events und es können Hochzeiten bis 400 Gäste stattfinden.
Das Restaurant am Abend war in Ordnung, die Lobby ist nett. Das Frühstück war ok, aber nicht 4 Sterne . Insgesamt für die eine Nacht in Ordnung, wenn man nicht ein 4 Sterne Hotel erwartet.

"Das sogenannte Hotel hat stark nach Hund gestunken, die Bilder geben absolut nicht wieder wie der Jetzt-Zustand des Hotels ist. Es ist schmutzig, unhygienisch, Hundehaarbüschel, einige marode Stellen, Risse in den Wände sowie Müll im Hausflur (Tüten mit leeren Getränkedosen etc). Der Teppichboden ist neben den Hundehaaren voll mit Flecken und bei der Treppe schon total abgelaufen. Beim Gedanke daran schüttelt es mich noch immer. Haben die Nacht dort nicht verbracht sind dann in ein anderes Hotel gegangen. Mussten trotzdem zahlen. Nachdem wir den Zustand des Hotel angesprochen hatten wurde der Besitzer genervt und wahrscheinlich sauer, aber das sind Fakten. Auch die umliegenden Häuser sahen vom ersten Eindruck her zumindest von außen ähnlich aus. Mit meinen beiden Kindern (unter 5) habe ich mich nicht sicher gefühlt."
