„Sehr guter Stopp etwas außerhalb von Margate. Anmeldung im Pub. Die Zimmer sind über dem Pub, aber ab 22 Uhr war alles ruhig. Wir hatten das Zimmer mit zwei Betten. Die Dusche war hervorragend, und die Handtücher waren auch klasse. Alles pieksauber. Der Pub macht mittwochs bis samstags Abendessen. Dienstag ist Bingoabend. Das (kostenlose) Internet war ultraschnell. Margate hat viel mehr zu bieten als ich erwartet hätte. Ich komme wieder. “

„Beautifully located with spectacular views over the beach. The roof top terrace is magnificent - more Mediterranean than the English Channel! The rooms are very stylish, the breakfast and evening meal are delicious. And most importantly, the staff are super helpful and friendly. „Room was freezing cold, no heating on, kettle didn't work. They did offer to change our room but other room was also unheated. As check in is 2pm.We checked in at 4.40pm 14th Feb, room was icy cold. Hot water was temperamental. Room should have bern warm & water hot, Hubby had cold shower i gave that a miss.should be heated by then“

„Easy to find, clear instructions regarding keys, etc.. Not a huge amount of things nearby, apart from the nice beach. Perhaps a bit expensive for what it is, but in the summer the easier access to the beach must be a plus.“

„Ballarat house was absolutely brilliant. The host has nailed it with this property and was perfectly located for our trip. All bathrooms were clean and aesthetic. The self contained room downstairs with bathroom and kitchen is brilliant too. Would love to stay again!“

„I booked this apartment because the description said it was within walking distance of Sandwich town centre, and the map that was displayed prior to booking indicated it was located off Moat Sole in Sandwich town centre. It was only after I had gone through the booking process for what was a seriously expensive booking, a new address was provided for the property approx 1.6 miles away in Woodnesborough! I have restricted mobility and needed to be closer to the town so I asked if I could cancel. ...

„The hotel is showing its age, but parking was okay. We were there at the end of May, and the room was quite warm; the only window that could be opened was tiny, which wasn't helpful. It must be unbearable in the room during the summer. Breakfast was decent, and the staff was friendly. We had dinner at the hotel, which was rather mediocre.“
