„Check-in was good, accommodations were good, bad was comfortable everything was clean, but they might have had a few more items in the kitchen, such as a few more pieces of silverware etc. It was fine for me but a family would find it very difficult to go more than one meal without washing dishes. Otherwise great I would stay there again and do so happily. Price was great and experience was great.“

„We had an amazing stay at Mary’s house! It’s a cute little 1930s cottage that has been updated. Close to East beach public access or simply walk along the dune path. Definitely adding this house to our favorites for when we’re ready for another quick run to SSI! The realty group that maintains the property were easy to work with! “

„If you're thinking about booking this place, don't hesitate! The check in process was a breeze. The owners sent a code to use on the key pad to enter. It was very clean and a short walk to the beach. They have beach chairs, wagon, sand toys, umbrella, tent, etc. all available for guest use. Everything was in excellent condition. We did have an issue finding the sheets for the pull out couch but the owners answered my call right away and helped us find some immediately. Only one thing to keep in ...

„Our family of 10 (6 adults, 4 children) stayed here in July 2025. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for our group. The kitchen was well stocked, and everyone loved the quick beach walk! The beach was not crowded, although the residents are allowed to drive on the beach in this area. It was quiet and relaxing. Downtown Fernandina Beach is about 20 minutes away with many restaurants and shopping. We all enjoyed our stay!“
