Dear Michel, we are happy you enjoyed our breakfast. We are sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us. We take all complaints serious and have investigated your complaints.We have onsite parking at the lodge.You were afforded the same courteous welcome upon checkin as all our other guests.You were advised of our in-house services eg laundry and advised of the tours and activities you can do in St Lucia. This is information to our guests and not us selling anything.You did complain about papers on the floor (?) in your room but could not show any to the manager when he went with you to investigate.You never complained about a tobacco smell in the room to the lodge management. All our rooms are strictly non smoking.
