A two-level, three-bedroom townhouse a four-minute walk from Dover Beach and close to the restaurants of St Lawrence Gap.

Sleeping (up to 8 guests): upstairs, three bedrooms each with a queen bed sleep 6. Downstairs, the living room has a queen sofa bed for 2 more. Office: a private room with a door, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. There's a desk with a monitor, keyboard and mouse, so you can plug in your laptop and work. A single daybed, 190 × 71 cm (about 6'3" × 2'4"), is a sofa by day and opens in a few steps: lift off the back cushions, roll the left side out, take the bedding from the storage box underneath, lay the right armrest flat as the foot of the bed, and make it up. A printed how-to guide is in the room. All bedrooms are upstairs, reached by a staircase.

Downstairs are the living room, kitchen, dining area and an office with a door. Three full bathrooms: two upstairs (one an ensuite to the main bedroom) and one downstairs. Air conditioning throughout, a covered patio for breakfast, and a local host nearby if you need anything. No pool - the beach is a four-minute walk.
