Il-Kantuniera, One Bedroom Maisonette in St. Julian's

A one-bedroom ground-floor maisonette, Il-Kantuniera, is the ideal choice for those who wish to stay near the centre while enjoying the tranquillity of the bustling city of St. Julian's.

The maisonette comes with its own private entrance, a spacious kitchen/living area, a large bedroom and a large bathroom. It also comes with a washing machine and a dryer. The bedroom has two single beds, which can be pushed together to form a twin bed. The bedroom is air-conditioned.

House Rules;

The property is non-smoking throughout. You may only smoke in the front garden using the provided ashtray.

Extra persons (incl friends & family) are not allowed inside the house, unless otherwise stated.

For security purposes, please ensure that the front door and gate are locked whenever entering or leaving the property.

Never open the front door/gate when someone knocks/rings the bell.

Lights, TV and Air-Conditioning should be turned off when they are not required, especially when you are not in the property.

Keep noise to a minimum, especially between 21:00 and 10:00.

No pets allowed.

Kindly leave the property organised and clean.

Lighting of fires (such as candles) is prohibited.

Place garbage on the pavement, next to the gate outside, as per the collection schedule before 09:00am.

External cameras and doorbell are not to be tampered with. In case of tampering, the stay would be immediately terminated.
