The location is amazing, and the staff are incredibly friendly and flexible. I loved the atmosphere; the music and all the decorations bring a true vacation spirit to everyone who stays. The attention to detail really made my stay special. Highly recommended!

Kind of a ridiculously long wait to order food at the restaurant. Staff was clearly swamped and not the best time management skills. The hotel is beautiful though. Staff was very friendly

Very clean room and friendly staff. Easy to walk to restaurants and pubs. One-way streets and construction make it awkward to drive around the hotel. Get a room at the front. The back side of the hotel can be noisy in the morning with workers on the docks.

I had a great time at the hotel. The staff was amazing. My only critique was the lack of parking options. The valley parking is only $15 a day but getting in and out of the hotel area with all of the construction is difficult.

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. However there was construction going on which caused a lot of early morning noise. It would have been nice to be notified of the amount of construction before booking.

Customer at the restaurant was uncomfortable with my glucose monitor on my arm. Told me it was a GPS, accused me of being a cop and got a little in my face while we were there. It could have been nice had a staff member acknowledged it, but they seemed like regulars.
