The air condition was not working the place had roaches, it was dusty, no utensils, stove was a hazard and when the host was advised of these things on arrival she indicated someone would come to fix the ac. „The property had a great open concept feel and had more than enough space for my group. We were met at the airport by property manager Rosemarie, who assisted us with finding the property. She also showed us the main grocery store on our way there. They had a well stock pantry and guests were free to use the wide range of items available. „The apartment was really nice, clean and functional. It's located in a quiet and beautiful area, full of green and with really lovely and welcoming people all around. Ritchie was available to answer any of our questions at anytime, and was ready with suggestions and recommendation for anything we might want to do on the island. Joan took care of us at the apartment and even showed us around in town. We hope to come back to Grenada and stay again. Would recommend.“

„Host was welcoming and very accommodating. Rooms were as pictures showed. View was lovely and walk to the beach was easy. Beach not crowded but no chairs to rent but host provided beach towels. Walk to grand anse beach was 45 minutes and shorter if you hop on local bus for 1us dollar. Mini markets and restaurants within walking distance. Large kitchen and common area. We ate our meals and spent our evenings on the large covered deck. Recommend this property.“

„The location is good to access city centre. There are some malls and market near. The room is clean and the kitchen facilities are sufficient. Although it is close to the center of town, it has good security and rathe quiet. So, it is a comfortable place to stay.“

„The location is great if you’re looking to be in a quiet, more removed area. The beach is lovely and very secluded. You need to walk up the road and down a big hill to get to it. We didn’t mind at all. It looks like there used to be a walkway right from the property but it’s no longer usable as it’s not been maintained. The host and property caretaker were very helpful.“
