This stunning upper house 2 bedroom 1 bath loft house in Gifft Hill, Cruz Bay Quarter, St John has a large balcony and a saltwater pool shared among the 3 units on the property. This spacious loft house can comfortably accommodate families up to 6, with a cozy queen bed in the downstairs master bedroom and 2 queen beds in the loft bedroom, all with breathtaking views.
This Villa also features a full kitchen equipped with modern appliances that include a Keurig, drip coffee and a vitamix blender, as well as ceiling fans, plenty of windows, a sliding door and french doors that let the light in.
There is a whole-house generator that ensures your vacation wont be interrupted by any power outages that can happen on the island, laundry facilities, beach towels, beach chairs, and a large propane grill with a side burner on the pool deck. You can relax, unwind and soak up the sun on the large pool deck that features a saltwater pool with a breathtaking view and plenty of room for family and friends.
Your security and privacy are a top priority for us. Our electronic security gate provides peace of mind during your stay and the water filtration system ensures that you have access to clean, refreshing water.
The property is only a 7-minute drive from the ferry dock and town, making it an ideal home base for your St. John adventure.
