With sweeping, uninterrupted views of the Caribbean water and islands, this villa is new to the rental market in May of 2023 and ready for your stay after a complete update. Relax in shade or sun on the gorgeous pool deck with ample outdoor living space, including a lawn perfectly positioned for sunset views or early morning yoga. Sugar Hill’s quiet, unspoiled neighbor is the Virgin Islands National Park, above famous Trunk Bay and the North Shore beaches. You’ll be captivated by the ever-changing shades of blue and turquoise of Johnson's Reef and boats passing 800’ below. The villa’s ideal location is an easy drive to Cruz Bay Town for dinner or shopping. The nearest North Shore beaches are just a 12-minute drive. Care was taken in this beautifully appointed villa to make you feel at home, with everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. No detail was overlooked. Four bedrooms, 3 on the main level and one with separate entrance on the garden level, and 3.5 bathrooms make Sugar Hill perfect for a family or friends sharing a vacation home. We loved our time at sugar hill villa! The view was amazing and the house had everything we needed for a fantastic vacation! The driveway is a bit steep but once you’ve done it a few times you’ll be a pro! And having the Midway market and Coco Jim’s so close was great. We also loved being close to the Windmill Bar! Our group ranged from 14-85 and home was perfect!!! Thanks for a great vacation Sugar Hill!

Even better than expected!
This house is stunning. People hike hours for a view that this house has simply from the deck. The house itself is even better than the photos. It has everything you need. It is super clean and beautifully decorated. It was perfect for two teenage girls with each their own room. The little details like in the primary shower are incredible and the outside space is perfect. The pool, landscaping, door to half bath… all make for a relaxing vacation. We would highly recommend you stop your search right here with Sugar Hill!

Awesome stay!
Views are awesome. House as described. Great accommodations! Highly recommend. Owners were great to respond to questions. Driveway is steep, but paved. We had minivan and had no problems getting to house. Views are worth it!

Amazing Vacation
This house was a fantastic spot for two families to really enjoy St. John. We love cooking wherever we stay and it had everything we needed! The view was unbelievable and we thoroughly enjoyed just sitting outside every minute that we could. Even in the occasional 5 min rainstorm that came just twice while we were there. There were plenty of beach towels and we really did not need for anything. The location was our favorite spot in St. John, easy to get to the places we love. It was the best vacation and we can not wait to go back!

Dream Vacation
Our stay at Sugar Hill Villa was simply perfect from the moment we walked in the door!! The location and view are breathtaking! The outdoor space was large and our favorite spot to hang out and the layout of the bedrooms worked wonderfully for us. We did have a couple rainy days and didn’t miss a beat as we had a beautiful Villa to spend time in!! This location can’t be beat!! Thank you for sharing Sugar Hill with us!

Outstanding Views
We had a wonderful time at Sugar Hill Villa. The house has everything you would need. We spent the majority of our time outside on the expansive deck looking at the beautiful views. There are plenty of seating areas on the deck so even if it rains, you can be covered. The pool was lovely and the sunsets gorgeous. The Mid Way market was just down the road which was very convenient. The house is situated so it is equally easy to get to the beaches as it is to town. We will be back!!

Amazing villa in great great location
This place was absolute paradise. The house had an abundance of amenities and was even more beautiful in person. Our entire family (two adults and two young kids) thoroughly enjoyed it—meals on the outdoor patio, afternoon swims, and good nights’ rests in the comfortable beds. We were a short drive from the the best north shore beaches. The property manager and owners were very helpful. We will definitely be returning!
