Great stay in Cruz Bay
My family had a great time at this place! It was so nice and clean. It is steps from the ferry and everything else in Cruz Bay. Loved the proximity to the beach and restaurants. Plenty of space for me, my husband and my 18-year-old son who said the pull out couch was comfortable. The place immediately felt like home and the amenities are amazing. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Great Property!
I have stayed at Grande Bay multiple times and this was my favorite unit. The upgrades are beautiful! The view is amazing and it is so easy to walk to town. Since the unit is in the first building you don't have any large hills to walk up. You take the first elevator/ stairs in the parking garage and your room is right there. The unit came with everything you could ever need all in the storage unit located right at the elevators. This saves so much money and packing space. I will definitely be looking to book this again on my next visit to STJ!!

St John Paradise
Totally pleased with our stay here. We loved the view from the balcony, condo location, and the unit itself was fantastic. Communication with the owner was over the top. The condo was so comfortable and even better than the description. There was a guide book prepared by the owner which answered any question you might have about getting around the condo, Cruz Bay, and St John. Parking was in the garage downstairs which was so convenient and restaurants just steps away. Beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, coolers, etc., were stored in a convenient locked locker also in the garage area. The only slight inconvenience we had which has nothing to do with the condo itself was that the elevator was down (awaiting parts) so we did have one flight of steps to go up and down during our stay which was not an issue for us. Having a car is certainly an option but not a requirement for getting around the island...it justs depends on how independent you want to be. Parking at most of the beaches can be a bit challenging and we found being at your choice of beach(s) between 0900 and 0930 to work best unless you choose to go late afternoon or elect to catch one of the many taxis which drop you off. The condo is beautiful and we would definitely recommend staying here and will certainly be our choice again if and when we return to St John.

It’s difficult to say enough good things about this property. The host was extremely responsive and helpful, the property is beautiful and well-situated, and the location is perfect — walkable from the ferry and in a resort community where the staff was both friendly and helpful. Simply Fabulous!
We can’t say enough about our wonderful stay at this condo! The property is beautifully decorated, immaculate and spacious. The location can’t be beat - it’s a simple three minute walk to town which makes going to grab dinner stress free! No need to look for parking. Modern and Great Location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Latitude Adjustment in the Grande Bay condos. Location is right in Cruz Bay just steps from restaurants and shopping. The condo was very modern and had all conveniences including beach chairs and equipment. Check in was quick and easy. On-site parking in the garage was convenient. Definitely recommend for your stay in St. John!

Wonderful condo. Everything you need. Kitchen well appointed for cooking in. Had a great day at Jost. Would definitely recommend this property. Nice shampoo and conditioner in shower. Just bring a swimsuit and some shorts - maybe a bottle of rum. Will be back soon!!

Fantastic Property!
We absolutely loved our stay at Latitude Adjustment. The property is one of the best we have stayed in and far exceeded our expectations. The condo is immaculate, comfortable and very tastefully decorated. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook in but for those who wish to take advantage of all the great restaurants in Cruz Bay it is a 3 minute walk to "downtown" Cruz Bay and all the shops and restaurants. If you are a diver (which we are) the dive shop is right next door. This is definitely a place we would recommend to friends visiting Cruz Bay and we would stay there again!

The owners and property manager were wonderful to work with. The condo was as stated with a fully stocked kitchen. The only suggestions I have are beach chairs and coolers need a refresh. I’m sure it’s hard getting those items to the island but when you can they need to be replaced. Location and views were great.

Wonderful Property in Cruz Bay!
Latitude adjustment at Grande Bay was everything we expected and more. The Kitchen was well stocked and the views were incredible. We found ourselves getting takeout and enjoying dinner on the balcony at sunset almost nightly. The rental supplied coolers, beach chairs, and beach towels, which was super convenient. Parking is a big issue in Cruz Bay, so the included parking was a huge plus. The property owners and management were also very accessible, which means a lot. Would definitely stay again.

convenience in paradise
I have stayed at GB multiple times and this is by far the most convenient condo we have stayed in to date. From front door to condo to a table at the Beach Bar in less than 5 minutes !! The condo itself was perfect for two teenagers and two adults. Plenty of space and beautiful views from the outside sitting area. Would definitely rent again!! Thanks William!!

Wonderful Condo
This is a beautiful condo, just as pictured in the listing. Kitchen is very well stocked, we cooked most meals at home with ease. We were there with our 8 and 9 year old daughters who easily shared the pullout sofa the entire week, it is VERY comfortable! The location of the condo is walking distance to lots of restaurants and shopping, while also being very quiet. We go to bed fairly early and couldn’t hear any noise from the restaurants once the sliding doors were closed. The pool at the complex has a beautiful view and is the perfect spot to take an afternoon dip. The property owner was wonderful to work with, even let us reschedule our trip due to Covid without any issue! We would absolutely stay here again!

Great location and view in this large one bedroom condo. Very close to restaurants, grocery and taxi service. The kitchen is well stocked and the mini grill on the porch was great for grilling and hanging out on the amazing porch. Beach gear provided with the place also came in handy.

First time on St. John
We had the best time while staying on this property! The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. We loved having use of beach chairs, noodles, and a cooler to hit all of the beautiful beaches of St. John! This location was also great! You could easily walk to any restaurant in Cruz Bay. They had a great pool also that we enjoyed at the end of the day of beach hopping. This condo had lots of room, and anything you may need. It made our first time visiting St. John wonderful! We can’t wait to come back!

Clean, well equipped villa. Spacious and located centrally for walks to dining and bars.
Beach chairs and cooler in stocked locker made for easy beach days. Renting a Jeep on island left plenty of time for exploring amazing walking trails on the other side of island - full of St John history - and seeing all the different beaches had to offer. Well stocked condo in Grande Bay
My husband and I stayed in the condo for a week at the end of June. The check in process was excellent . A representative from the property management office met us at the ferry and drove us the short distance to the complex. A parking place was provided for our rental car. The condo was very large and well stocked. I have stayed in many vacation rentals, and I think this one had the best supply of well maintained kitchen tools/ pans/ utensils out of them all. The furniture looked brand new. Master bed was very comfortable. Walk in shower was large. Plenty of soap, shampoo, body wash, etc. if it was needed. We cooked several meals in the unit due to the COVID capacity limits at the restaurants and had no issues finding what we needed for the meal. Minimal walk to Cruz Bay beach bars and restaurants. Wonderful view of the bay. We watched the charter boats go out in the morning, and come back in the afternoon if we were at the room. Would definitely rent the same condo again. The rental company went out of their way to mail my husbands toiletry bag back to Florida after he left it in a bathroom drawer. Great service!.

Perfect in every way
After months of quarantine, Latitude Adjustment was 110% what the doctor ordered!!!! Grande Bay ensured all proper precautions were taken for a safe check in process. Our villa was cleaned appropriately and came with a set of guidelines that were simple to follow to protect our health and others. Our villa was within walking distance to all the goings on in Cruz Bay as well as Mongoose Junction. All island businesses are going to extra mile to ensure the overall health and safety of their visitors. Restaurants and retail are all open and eagerly awaiting patrons. We loved our stay as. Can not wait to return in August!!

The Place to Be
Latitude Adjustment is perfect for a couple that wants to be close to the action. Very close to the best bar on St. John - The Beach Bar with a great happy hour, good food and a live music. The apartment has everything you need to cook your own meals including a small electric grill on the deck. Great view from deck; large slection of beach equipment. We loved our stay and hope to come back again soon.

We loved our stay at Estate Enighed. The condo was very well appointed and in a great location. We were able to walk to dinner most nights and in the other nights we made meals in the well furnished kitchen. The pool area was a great place to finish the day. Everyone at the condo complex was very accommodating and Desmond even met us at the ferry to guide us to our condo.
