I had a reservation made through Expedia. When I arrived, the desk clerk told me there was no reservation. I showed her my phone with confirmation. She wouldn’t communicate with me, she just looking at the computer and making calls. She wouldn’t even answer my questions if there was a vacancy. She has horrible communication skills, lacks English skills, rude even after she Finally 30 minutes later, yes I did have a reservation. She should definitely not be working the front desk. I spoke with another front desk clerk when checking out in the morning, she was dismissive with me when I tried to explain my frustration to her. I would never stay there again. As well the tv kept kicking in and out, beds were wore out and probably has never been replaced since the place was built. Not impressed at all with the hotel.
