„Home was very cozy and well appointed. Space was clean, comfortable and perfect for me and the wife. Would definitely book there again in the future. Only recommendation I have for the host is a wifi login paper but they may have their reasons not to, so it wasn’t a big issue for us. Definitely a 5 out of 5 overall experience. “

„My sisters and I stayed at this wonderful house. We absolutely loved our stay there. The house was very clean and was beautifully decorated. The kitchen had everything you need to fix large family meals. We really enjoyed the screened in porch and got a lot of use out of the gas grill. It was very nice to have the washer and dryer available. The owner was very responsive and went above and beyond what I had expected. When our car broke down his dad came by to run diagnostics. „Very nice and relaxing. The House has been modernized in a very charming way. It keeps the old style of the area near the River , but is well equiped with air con and a good kitchen. Very quite (exept the train passing near by from time to time) and close to the City Center with very good restaurants. The beach is close and also very beautiful. We enjoyed our stay very much.“

„This is a beautiful home. This is the most equipped home we have ever stayed at. There is plenty of evertyhing from trash bags to kitchen appliances and board games. Access to the beach is amazing. Everything is beautifully set up. Attached is my favorite photo from the balcony. “

„We had such a nice visit in Cocoa Beach with our extended family. Two sides of the same house separated by the laundry room was perfect, we were able to put the kids to sleep and the adults could hang out together without waking them. Big pool and a lovely yard, and a short walk to the beach. Easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. Hope to visit again. Thanks!“

„My family and I enjoyed our stay. The house was extremely clean and spacious. It was a nice surprise that we had availability to the guesthouse! My kids loved the pool and proximity to the beach. The house is in a nice area with lots of good restaurants and shopping. I had coffee by the pool many mornings! “

"Der herzlichste Check-In den ich ever hatte! Vielen Dank Lue! Auch für die tolle Essensempfehlungen. Als wir ankamen wimmelte es von kleinen Kinder und wir dachte, oh nein ein Kindergarten... Doch durch die verschlungene Anlage finden sich einige ruhige Stellen am Pool. Freitag Nachmittag Live Musik. Samstag Nachmittag ein DJ. Abends nette Kinderkino auf dem großen Fernseheh am Pool. Großes Frühstücksbuffet. Für zwei drei Tage zum Absteigen: Nett, Nett, Nett!!! Es schwingt sehr viel familiares Miteinander."

"The property was absolutely amazing, many opportunities for kids to play. We also loved the location and the proximity to all parks and shopping malls. However, the room was not cleaned well and also room service came after 6pm every day… The floor was really dirty, we didn’t want to walk barefoot in our room. Other than that, an absolute recommendation!"
