St Austell railway station is less than 3 miles away, which is ideal for exploring the county by train if you wish. You are also spoilt for beaches nearby - Porthpean, Charlestown, Pentewan to name a few.


Enter the beautiful barn and head into the lounge, which has a wood burner and patio doors opening out onto the garden. The room is traditionally decorated with plenty of seating, WiFi ,and a Smart TV - this really is a spacious and well-lit spot to watch your favourite programmes and relax. Continue into the well-equipped kitchen/dining room, which is complete with all your basic needs including electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. It’s a good-sized kitchen for preparing your lunch for the day ahead.
