„The property manager was horrible, she was very aggressive when communicating. She tried to take my deposit for a broken lock that I have never touched. Very poor communication, I felt like I was in prison, because I wasn’t allowed to take visitors on her property. The housekeepers were more friendly and nice. „Cook and staff are fabulous. House is a bit more dated than pictures indicate, but well maintained and excellent location in a quiet bay. Local activities are worth checking out. Our group is quite seasoned in our travels, and our trip to Sun Kissed was over Super Bowl weekend. There were challenges with the house internet, but staff made accommodations to make sure we saw the game and were well fed. A great time was had by all in for our group of ten!“

„My family gathered at The Big White Villa for a reunion. The location is perfect with amazing views from the balcony, and we were right next to a national historic monument. Best of all, the beach was a short walk away. There were plenty of rooms, balconies, nooks, etc. for my family to hang out, talk, eat, sleep, etc. The bathrooms are a bit outdated and can use some modernizing/refurbishing. „Beautiful rental property, clean but dated. Staff is friendly and someone is always on property. The beach access is about an eight minute walk and is wonderful. Great spot for a large group.“

„Beautiful location that’s better than the pictures. Lots of areas to hang out. Staff was friendly helpful and flexible. The best we’ve worked with. We loved how quiet and peaceful the location is and felt very safe at all times. The kids loved the pool, slide and trampoline along with the fabulous snorkeling. Only negative was no beach to walk along. But that wasn’t advertised. Very memorable New Year’s Eve trip. We loved it!“

„The location is stunning! Having breakfast on the patio with that gorgeous view of the sea... just fantastic and so relaxing. My kids enjoyed the garden too, always finding something interesting to play. Our caretaker Paulette made the most delicious meals and she took care of all our needs. The kids loved Paulette too! I can recommend a stay at villa 2. Just the bedrooms could be improved by installing mosquito meshes at the windows or at least having a net for the beds.“
