I loved everything about this property. It was not off of the main road ((having a car is better)), so its quiet. If you see anyone, they are friendly and nice. I will definitely be staying here again. Extra bonuses is having access to the pool and gym. Theres a pool table and a ping pong table. I would recommend to famailies.

surrounding is beautiful ,villa is very clean and well maintained. Local agent Ms. Hall was very responsive and attended to our concerns promptly.

Please put the actual number on the house or somewhere visible...took longtime to find...but once we found it it was right there...vary safe...perfect for what we wanted will definitely book again.

Perfect home for a family escape with easy access to pool and kids play area. The house was tastefully furnished and beautifully kept. Richmond estate is a very secure, modern scheme. Great location for sightseeing in St. Ann, and Ocho Rios. The property manager was very proffessional, with excellent communication skills and she ensured everything was in order and operated seamlessly. All instructions and directions were very clear and helpful.

Nice community that is gated. Felt safe and was quiet at night. The property was well maintained. House was well kept. Free Wi-Fi which was a plus. Great communication with quick responses to all my concerns. Would definitely do another stay here.

Great location that is only 20 minutes drive from Ocho Rios. Perfect proximity for excursions in the St Ann area. Very spacious property that was perfect for our family group of 6. Loving the cost since it works out cheaper than a hotel package for our group size. We had to purchase and prepare our own food but this makes it even more enjoyable. The pool area clean and the kids had endless splash about. The host was wonderful and quite responsive. I will definitely stay again and highly recommend.
