„This is an older hotel, so expectations should be par with that. Staff friendly and helpful. A/C is not "per room" but centrally controlled and was set at 66 degrees at night (too cold for me, but they did have plenty of blankets). The "free breakfast" is not at the location, but 4 blocks away at owner's diner. The food there was very good--ate both dinner and breakfast. The breakfast was truly excellent.“

„It's a slice of heaven. Immediately adjacent to Philmont Scout Ranch. Setting is perfect, isolated, peaceful. The innkeeper are exceptional. The Casa is like a villa with rooms arra get around a gracious patio. I hated to leave.“
