The space
This modern apartment is perfect for 1 to 3 guests. Fully equipped for both short and long stays, it offers Wi-Fi and a private parking spot. The apartment includes a bedroom with a large window, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a bright living room with sofa bed for one guest. From the balcony, enjoy the beautiful Zagreb sunsets behind Žumberačka Hill with a glass of wine or a refreshing drink.

The apartment is located in a building with an elevator, which provides access to the free gym available to our guests.

This property is an apartment in a residential building, so we would like to ask that guests treat each other with respect and be considerate during their stay. A zero-tolerance policy for noise is enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

According to Croatian law, we are required to collect the guest's passport or ID information upon arrival, especially when self-check-in to the apartment is involved. Details for self-check-in will be provided after official registration with the Croatian Tourist Office.

There is a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the building. If our team finds any evidence that this rule has been violated (such as the smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to impose a smoking fee in amount of 200€.

We offer essential first-use amenities, including shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponges, dishwashing products, and trash bags. Please let us know in advance if you need cleaning or additional bedding.

Baby package: A baby cot and high chair must be requested before arrival, at a charge of €50 per reservation.

If you'd like, we can arrange a transfer for you. The driver will track your flight and meet you at the international arrivals gate, ready to take you directly to the apartment. On the way back, the driver will pick you up right in front of the apartment at the agreed time and take you straight to the departure gate.
